At Poppys Hairdressing we value our clients to ensure we can meet demand and avoid missed appointments, please be advised that we require a 50% deposit on ALL online bookings
By booking a hair appointment you agree to the Terms and Conditions o
f the services booked and we reserve this time especially for you.
Your deposit is non-refundable and will be fully redeemed against the final payment in salon
Late Cancellations & No Show’s
If for any reason you are unable to attend your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice so we can offer your appointment to another client.
You can do this by calling the salons directly or when we are closed on Sundays & Mondays email firstname.lastname@example.org

If you give us 24 hrs notice before your appointment your deposit can remain in our system to be used towards your next appointment or we will refund you.

When Booking Your Colour At Poppys...
If it your first colour since the breakout of COVID-19 you may need a skin test.
Going forward this applies
At Poppys Hairdressing our clients' well-being is paramount. For your safety, we insist on carrying out a skin test at least 48 hours before your first Colour service in one of our salons.
You may also require a skin test if:
- It is more than 6 months since your last Colour treatment at a Poppys Hair Salon
- If you have had a tattoo, henna or black henna tattoo or permanent make-up since your last Colour treatment
- If you have had a reaction to any hair dye since your last professional Colour
The test only takes a couple of minutes and is, of course, complimentary. Please ask
about our home test that we can send to you. We reserve the right not to perform a Colour service or other treatments unless a skin test is carried out.
